Quality
policy
1. To realize the target satisfying
clients further and make sure of the demand and respect of clients
to get confirmed and change them into the demands on both product
and service, it is hereby to fix on the quality policy:
"Nationally advanced performance, full varieties including
rare and special ones, trying always to get a first-rate quality,
enjoying mutually shared benefit."
With advanced technology and equipments to manufacture products satisfying clients, with the best quality and highest efficiency to keep
this Co. vital and with clients as the caring focus to carry
out the commitment given to clients.
2. This policy is corresponding to the general
operation policy and forms an important portion therein, enbodying
the commitment to satisfy the demands and keep improvement.
3. This policy comes as the frame in the making and reviewing
the quality target, a general quality aim and direction and
the power to carry out and improve the quality management system.
4. As the behavior rule and working guidance, all the staff
have to get full understanding of it and follow it strictly.
5. Continually hold a proper review of the quality policy and,
if necessary, modify it so as to have it suited for the variations
in both internal and external environments around this Co. by
means of carrying out the <<Managing, reviewing and controlling
procedures>>.
6. Approval, issue, review and modification of the quality policy
have to be all controlled by means of carrying out <<File
control procedure>> and <<Record control procedure>>.
Quality target
1. To make sure of the quality policy to be realized, hereby
make the general quality target:
a) "Certified rate in once inspection of products gets
up to 98%;
b) "Certified rate of products at ex-works gets to 100%;
c) "Client satisfactory rate gets to 93%.
2. To make sure of the general target to be realized, divide
it into the quality target for each of the functional ranks
upon the professional liability.
1) Quality target for the technical section: draw out the operation
guide booklet for the key procedures in the production by 100%.
2) Quality target for the quality inspection section:
a) Process the defective products by 100%.
b) Make sure of null wrong or missed inspection.
c) Get the periodic calibration of both supervising and measuring
devices by 100%.
3) Quality target for the production section:
a) Train the operators influencing the product quality by 100%.
b) Periodic appraisal on the production equipments by 100%.
c) Certified rate in once inspection of products gets up to
98%.
d) The supplier evaluation among the listed qualified suppliers
by 100%.
4) Quality target for the sales section: provide clients with
satisfactory service and measurement, send out the evaluation
table for satisfaction to all the clients every year and get
it feedback up to 85%. Take a statistic analysis and draw out
the improving measures in case the satisfactory rate can not
get to the general quality target.
5) Quality target for the office: Enhance the all-staff quality
consciousness and the technical skill, carry out the planned
training by 100%.
6) Quality target for workshops and storehouses: keep the site
clean, clear without in-disorder.
