for thermocouple |
Summarization
This
factory holds a 10-old-year history specializing in the
production of thermocouple, thermo-resistance and compensating
line conductors. The latter acts to transmit the measured
temperature signal to the collecting control room or extend
a thermocouple to the place of constant temperature and
the advantages with use of it come at the possibilities
to improve both mechanical and physical performances of
the thermo-electric loop and increase both softness and
wind-ability for part of the loop, as well as to adjust
the loop’s resistance value and shield external
interferences.
Structure and Type
The compensating
line conductor generally consists of line core (single
ply or multi-ply soft type), insulating layer and protective
sleeve; plus one shielded layer of woven tin-plated copper
wire and zinc-plated copper wire on the outer layer.
The compensating
line conductor can be divided into common, heat resisting
and high temperature resisting three grades upon the different
temperatures because of different materials of the
insulating layer, the common grade uses a PVC insulating
layer, which features are bearable to harmful gas corrosion
and solvents, as well as moisture-proof; the heat resisting
grade uses alkali-free glass wire and is outside coated
with silicon organic paint and features of non-combustion,
high temperature resisting, good electric insulating property,
high mechanical strength and stable chemical property
and the high temperature resisting grade uses a PTFE insulating
layer and features withstanding acid, alkali and oil,
combustion resisting, non-water absorbance and good insulating
performance, and into compensating type (C) and extending
type (X), the former uses an alloy different from the
used thermo-electric pole and is suitable for noble metal
and some non-standard thermocouples while the latter uses
the alloy identical to the used thermo-electric pole and
is suitable for cheap metal thermocouples.
