Technical features:
1.
The sensor is made of thermo-couple of class I and its lag is
made of alloy material in condition to hydrogen and sulfur.
These Hugely reduce the poisoning of hydrogen, acid and sulfur
and Avoid temperature drift.
2. The protect tube is made of alloy
material of high temperature resistant, corrosion proof and
scouring resistant in high temperature and is to be polishing.
Tar burning incompletely will not stick to the extine of the
protect tube so as to prolong its life and reduce temperature
response time.
3. According to fluid mechanics, made
in special shape, the measured end is less scouring and sticking
to oil, which greatly prolongs its life.
4. The thermal barrier selects material
of low heat conduction and high temperature resistant, which
decreases heat dissipation and ensures measuring accuracy.
5. The protect tube of the measured
end is of ultra thin design. This may greatly reduce time of
heat conduction and greatly increase sensitivity of the thermocouple.
6. The key to accurately measure the
temperature is its accurate insert depth. It has been found
that 1mm less insert depth will reduce 1℃.
