1.General
Welded edge sheathed thermocouple is used to measure surface temperature of heat furnace pipe and smoke pipeline and widely applicable for oil refining, power generation, metallurgy, chemical fibre and food etc.
2.Features
A. Welded edge is directly welded to measured
temperature with the advantages of strong connection, convenience in maintain, short delay in measuring temperature, so as to ensure long term service against drift.
B. The parts of thermocouple may be assembled on
the spot, hence provide inflated road and round obstacle from inner furnace.
C. Movable Connection is applied,thus easy to
exchange and maintain.
D. Applicable water-proof and explosion-proof
connection head . Explosion-proof class is Exd
BT1～BT6, ExdCT1～CT6，Intrinsic safety：EXiaCT1～6。
E.Insulation or ground type corresponds to measuring end.
Remark: Special material includes GH3039,
Inconel600 alloy and Incoloy800 etc.
