1.The sensor is made from thermocouple of class Ⅰ andthe sheath is made of alloy anti-hydrogen and sulfur,which extremely reduce hydrogen, acid and sulfur corrosion to thermowire and also avoid temperature drift.
2.Protective tube is manufactured from alloy material with standing wear-proof and souring-resistant at high temperature as well polished. So that tar burnt in completely and not clinging to the wall of sleeve will prolong service and reduce te mperature delay.
3.The measuring end made with special shape according to fluid mechanics (wear-proof face can be made as triangle shape, cambered shape and bevel face) has less scouring and sticking to oil to greatly prolong service.
