Established in 1983, Yueqing Lunte Electronic Meters Co., Ltd. grows from Xinxing Electronic Meters Factory, which specializes in production of industrial thermocouples, thermal resistance series and bimetal thermometer series. After nearly thirty years of development, the company has become an influential private enterprise on the mainland China markets in the temperature meter industry.

With floor area and building area of 2400m2 and 3700m2 respectively, the company owns five million Yuan registered capital and more than ten million Yuan circulating funds. There are 106 employees, including 15 senior engineers and engineers in the company. Professional technicians account for 30% of total number of employees. Through cooperation with Japanese JGC CORP in 2005, our company has built a complete set of highly efficient work flow system and grasped a full set of frequency calculation formula for casing resonance under the guidance of Japanese senior engineer to have owned the capacity of integrating with any enterprises from at home and abroad.

Operation of the company is based on international practice. Perfect quality control system and measuring/detection system were set up in June 1997. ISO 9001:2008 Quality Control System is always abided by in company’s management. At the same time, 15 series of explosion-proof products have been inspected to be qualified by National Instrument and Meter Explosion-proof Safety Supervision And Inspection Station, with conformity certificate in Explosion-proof performance. Now, the company owns 18 patents, among which COT thermocouple series patents and safety device patents are advanced technology nationwide.

Thermocouples, thermal resistances and bimetal thermometers produced by our company have been sold to over ten countries worldwide as well as twenty five domestic provinces, cities and autonomous regions, being widely applied in the industries such as petrochemical, metallurgy, chemical fiber, coal chemical industry, power supply, food and so on.In the petrochemical industry, temperature meters of one million tons of ethylene projects of CNOOC Shell South Sea Petrochemical, Zhenhai Petrochemical, Fujian Refining Chemical, Tianjin Petrochemical, Dushanzi Petrochemical, Lanzhou Petrochemical, Panjin Petrochemical, Puyang Petrochemical, Guangzhou Petrochemical all adopt our products. Ten sets of processing equipments of CNOOC/Shell united device project (CSPC) built in Huizhou of Guangdong all adopt our patented product--cracking furnace COT thermocouples. Thermocouples, high-voltage thermocouples, anti-friction thermocouples, multiple-point thermocouples, thermal resistances, bimetal thermometers and protective casings in the Sudan Khartoum oil refining project of PetroChina are all made by our company. Our products are supplied to EPC project of Algeria Oil-refining Plant Five-million-ton condensation refinery. Thermocouples, thermal resistances and bimetal thermometers in more than twenty projects that were newly built and extended by Shanghai Petrochemical since 1997 all adopt our products.

In the metallurgy industry, blast furnace specially-made thermocouples of Taiyuan Steel Group are all produced by our company, with more than ten years of service lifetime. Our company has also been involved in having designed blast furnace cross temperature measuring equipments. Our products also have wide application in thermocouples, thermal resistances and bimetal thermometers on the equipments of hydrogenation, blast furnace, continuous casting, edge-rolling, steel-smelting, cold rolling and power plant of Shanghai Baosteel Group.

In the textile chemical fiber industry, our products are applied to Indian JBF second-phase polyester project, Indian Garden fiber-grade polyester project, Egyptian polyester short fiber reconstruction and extension project(40,000 tons per year), China Textile Chemical Fiber Engineering Corporation Zhuhai fiber-grade polyester slicing project (400 tons each day), as well as other polyester devices of Zhejiang Chemical Fiber Union Group, Tongkun Group, Liaoyang Petrochemical Corporation, Jinan Zhenghao, Zhejiang Zhenbang Chemical Fiber, Wujiang Yingxiang, Hangzhou Hongjian, Hangzhou Tianyuan Terylene, Shaoxing Zhongheng, Zhejiang Lianda, Zhejiang Jinxin and Jiangxi Longpeng.

In the coal chemical industry, Kazakhstan MST gas purification project, Baling Petrochemical Replacing oil with Coal project, Tongzi Coal Chemical Industry first-phase water treatment device, MTO device of Shenhua Baotou Coal Chemical Industry making olefin with coal project, Shenhua making oil with coal project all adopt the products supplied by our company.

Furthermore, our company is also involved in overseas projects including PetroChina Tuha Elevated Flares, Sri Lanka Ceylon Oil Reclamation Farm Project, daily output project (200 tons of paper pulp) of Burma Paper Pulp Factory etc. In the same way, our products are quite popular in the food industry.
